There are so many bad reviews for verizon this will be lost in the mix but I hope with all the horrible experiences I'm seeing on line this will eventually hurt their bottom line. I will be leaving verizon as soon as possible. I was a 22 year verizon customer, they DO NOT care who you are or how long you have been with them. They refused to honor their promotional offer and was the worst customer service experience of my life.
#Verizon in home agent not working full#
So i ended up paying full price for the 13 with no recourse. They would not honor what the phone rep offered and because the customer service took so long i was past the point of returning the new phone. After 45 days of support tickets, having to re explain the loss of my brother and what had happened I was told the device had to be returned within 30 days of original order. Rep told me not to use original return label for old device, another one would arrive with new phone. Great! another 30 days to wait for phone but not end of the world. Not a huge deal, I called in to phone rep and was offered new promotion now the credit was $800. Verizon canceled the transaction and refunded me. I arrived home on dec 3rd and found the phone had been returned and given to the next in line, fed ex tries 3 times to deliver phone and then returns it. I called my verizon rep and asked if phone would be delivered early, was told no.
Shortly after I had a death in the family and traveled back east. because of a back log I had to wait 30 days for phone. NovemI ordered iphone 13 with a promotional offer to return my old device for a $600 credit.
I hope this guy Ryan get suspended for the way he handled this situation! To make matters worse I called again today and spokes with a very rude customer rep name Ryam who hung the phone up in my face as I was talking! This is unacceptable! I will not purchase anything else from them and I will count the days or months when I leave those company! I've been with them for 10 years or so and to get trapped into a agreement that was misleading and get the phone hung up in my face as I was talking was bs. I have three watches an ipad and my iphone before I took the promotion to add a line and get the phone free. I am confused because I have a service plan I thought.
I called and was told that if I added a line I had to have a service plan. So I hit the link ordered the phone and one month later I have a $90+ a month bill for that line. So I get a text msg back in February stating that if I added a line to my Verizon account I could choose from a select group of phones.
